Profile:
Assistant Professor of Clinical at the University of Miami School of Nursing and Health Studies. Dr. Saber completed her PhD in nursing at the University of Central Florida and her Master of Science in Nursing Administration at DePaul University in Chicago. Dr. Saber has over 30 years of clinical experience in adult critical care nursing environments that include medical, surgical, vascular, and coronary. Her research interests include the work environment, job satisfaction, retention, and generational differences in the nursing workforce. She has experience with meta-analysis method, and has taught leadership/management and introductory research courses.
