The Herbert Wellness Center is fit for Fall

August 23, 2014 — Coral Gables, Fla. — As another Fall semester approaches, the Patti and Allan Herbert Wellness Center is ready to serve the more than 3,000 patrons that walk through the door each day.

Monday, Aug. 25 begins the Fall 2014 schedules for studio cycling, yoga and free-for-members group exercise classes. Semester passes for yoga and studio cycling classes are available in the sales office of the Herbert Wellness Center, and free, introductory yoga and studio cycling classes for current Herbert Wellness Center members are scheduled.

Saturday, Aug. 30
Yoga at 9 a.m.
Studio Cycling at 10:15 a.m.

Tuesday, Sept. 2
Yoga at 12:30 p.m.
Studio Cycling at 6 p.m.

Wednesday, Sept. 3
Studio Cycling at 9 a.m.
Yoga at 11 a.m.

The Herbert Wellness center offers many dance, aquatics, martial arts and tennis classes that are open to Herbert Wellness Center members and residents of the local community. Registration for these classes opens Sept. 2. A free, weeklong trial period is available starting Sept. 6. In addition, registration is open for cooking classes, CPR courses and free-to-the-public meditation classes. Registration is available online or by calling the sales office at 305-284-5433.

Regular Fall hours for the Herbert Wellness Center are Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to midnight, Friday from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. and on the weekends from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The sales office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 8 p.m.
