Wellness Education and Outreach

The Wellness Suite works hard to help you stay well. Within the Herbert Wellness Center, bulletin boards, the stall street journal, the Student Health 101 e-newsletters, and wellness programs provide you with important information about health and wellness topics that matter to you most. Outside the Center, Wellness Suite staff post educational information and provide workshops and presentations via the Wellness on Demand program.

Peer Health and Wellness Educators

Are you a student who is passionate about living life to the fullest? Do you want to share your energy and love for life with others? Become a peer health and wellness educator today! Peer educators receive leadership and wellness training, facilitate interactive presentations and discussions on various wellness topics, and sponsor fun wellness promotion campaigns on campus. If you can dream it, we can do it!

Being a peer educator is a great way to meet people, develop leadership skills, enrich the lives of others, and embrace the well life. Wellness topics include nutrition, fitness, stress reduction, resilience, meditation, alcohol and other drugs, tobacco, sexual health, and body image.
