It takes more than daily physical activity to maintain good health. Wellness also includes intellectual, social, emotional, spiritual, occupational, and global dimensions of well-being. The key to leading a healthy lifestyle is supporting and maintaining a balance between these various dimensions. This is why the Herbert Wellness Center offers a wide variety of classes, such as meditation, healthy cooking, smoking cessation and nutrition education, to help you meet your wellness needs and goals.
