The Family & Friends CPR program teaches how to perform CPR in adults or children, and how to help an adult or child who is choking. This course is designed for family members, friends and members of the general community who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card. (Optional: Infant CPR and choking; Adult, Child, and Infant CPR with Mask)

The HS AED course teaches CPR, AED use, and relief of choking in adults, children, and infants, as well as the use of barrier devices for all ages. (Optional: Infant CPR with mask and choking)

The HS First Aid course teaches how to manage illness and injuries in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Course content includes General Principles, Medical Emergencies, and Injury Emergencies. Optional topics include CPR and AED, and Environmental Emergencies. [Currently Unavailable]

The BLS for Healthcare Providers Course covers core material such as adult and pediatric CPR (including two-rescuer scenarios and use of the bag mask), foreign-body airway obstruction, and automated external defibrillation. This course is for healthcare providers such as EMS personnel, physician assistants, doctors, dentists, nurses, and respiratory therapists who must have a credential (card) documenting successful completion of a CPR course.
