Student tickets for undergraduate, law, and graduate students on the Coral Gables campus will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, at the Whitten University Center Ticket Window located on the Coral Gables campus. Distribution will begin on Monday, February 3rd, at 8:30am. The ticket window is open Monday - Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm, and tickets will be distributed while supplies last.

Only one ticket per student with a valid Cane Card will be given. Holding of spaces in line for others will not be permitted, and you must remain in line until you receive your ticket. Student’s must present their own Cane Card, and may not pick up tickets on behalf of other students.

In addition, arrangements have been made for students on other University of Miami campuses:

Miller School of Medicine medical students will receive an email directly from Student Government with information on how to reserve tickets for pick up on the medical campus.

Graduate students (but not those who are also employees) on the Miller School of Medicine campus can pick up one ticket with valid ‘Cane Card at the Office of Graduate Studies located at RMSB, Suite 1128, beginning at 9:30 am on Monday, February 3rd. Supplies are limited.

Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science graduate students can pick up one ticket with valid ‘Cane Card at the Graduate Studies Office (SLAB 130) located at 4600 Rickenbacker Causeway beginning at 9:00am on Monday, February 3rd. Supplies are limited.

Faculty/staff tickets will be available at the following times/locations:

Medical Campus

Due to the high volume of vehicular traffic, students, faculty and staff are advised to walk to the venue from other points on campus. Please expect lot closures and longer than usual traffic delays in the areas surrounding the BUC, and give yourself extra time to commute to and from campus, if necessary.

No large bags, purses exceeding 8.5” x 11”, backpacks, sharp objects, umbrellas, food or drinks, video cameras, or signs/banners will be allowed into the building. All bags will be subject to inspection.
