Staff Awards
Staff Member Candidates Should Demonstrate:
- Exemplifying quality work, which has made a significant impact on campus life
- Showing a strong commitment to our Student Affairs mission and the University
- Consistently going above and beyond expectations by extending one's self to help others
- Outstanding relationships with students, staff and departments
- Displaying instances of innovation and/or creativity
Departmental Nominations Should Demonstrate:
- Exemplifies quality work, which has made a significant impact on campus life
- Supports the mission of Student Affairs and the University
- Constitutes a new program/services that addresses a substantive need and is sustainable
- Facilitates relationships with students and between departments
- Displays innovation and/or creativity
Staff and Department Nomination
- In order for nominees to be considered, the individual or department must receive one nomination letter, co-nominated by two (2) different staff members
- In the 'Exceptional Work with Students' category, one of the nominators must be a student; however, it is strongly recommended for all categories
- Nominations are only accepted via the Online Staff Nomination Form
- Nomination deadline is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 30, 2012. No nominations will be accepted after that time
