Proctoring Request Form
The University of Miami Undergraduate Honor Council currently offers proctoring services to Undergraduate Professors. It has been observed that the presence of Honor Council members during exams has decreased the incidence of cheating.

The form must be submitted no later than one week prior to the exam.
