The staff at the Counseling Center wants to support your personal, academic and career goals. We do this through a variety of services. We also want you to know how to obtain our help during any difficult periods that you may have while you are a student at the University.

During the Fall and Spring Semesters the Counseling Center is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday, Thursday from 8:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.. We are located at the Center for Student Services, 1204 Dickinson Drive, Suite N. During evenings and weekends psychologists are available for students in crisis who are referred by the University of Miami Police Department (305-284-6666) and the Department of Housing and Residential Life (305-284-4282). For a first time appointment or the first appointment of a new school year, please call 305-284-5511 to schedule. Please arrive on time for your visit.
