Gerard M. Altschul is the Assistant Vice president for Real Estate having joined the University in 2001. In that role, he is responsible for all acquisitions, surplus dispositions, leases, and management of, off campus, real and personal property. In support thereof, this entail records maintenance, management information reporting, business plans, financial analysis, transactional structure, negotiations and closing.
