To provide quality and timely customer service in order to ensure a pleasant and secure physical environment at the U.

About Us
Facilities Customer Service (FCS) is the communications hub for Facilities Management and is the primary point of contact for service and maintenance request at the University's Coral Gables campus. We are a customer-focused organization committed to ensuring that the standards for service expectations are met. We are at your service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We have been listening to U!
As a result of your suggestions and feedback we have:
■ Created a new phone number for FCS 305.284.8282
■ Identified departmental/ building liaison to facilitate submission of service requests and to enhance communication
■ Updated our online service request page www.miami.edu/sro
■ Refreshed FCS web pages that do a better job of explaining our services
■ Implemented wireless handheld devices for Facilities mechanics that will improve our response time and be utilized to streamline our progress and help us reduce paper consumption
■ Formalized a customer service feedback process that will utilize surveys to help us continuously improve our process
