Faculty members are payroll deducted monthly: September through May (9 months).  Monthly paid staff/administrators are deducted 12 times: September through August; while bi-weekly paid staff is deducted 26 times: September through August. In compliance with state regulations, sales tax is charged on all parking permits fees.  Sales tax is collected in each deduction period for all employees.  This is in addition to the amount deducted for the permit.  If you purchase your permit after the first deduction period, your deductions are adjusted accordingly.
