Motorist Assistance Program 
The Motor Assistance Program is designed to assist those who experience minor vehicle problems while on the Coral Gables campus. During fall and spring semesters, UM’s Motor Assistance can provide jump-starts for dead batteries, access to your locked vehicle, and temporary fixes for flat tires. For assistance contact UM Police from any blue light phone on campus or by calling 305-284-6666: Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.

Valet Service for Special Events
Valet parking is offered and outsourced by Parking and Transportation. If you have an upcoming event and need a full-service parking professional company to handle your parking needs, please fill out the special events service request form online.
 
Parking During Vacation
Parking During Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Breaks

During Winter and Spring break holidays, 24-hour parking is provided at one of the University parking garages for all holders of valid University of Miami parking permits. Please check the Parking website for updates on garage availability. Winter break parking is available the week of Fall commencement through the opening day of student housing in January, both as determined by the University’s academic calendar.
