Supported Applications
User Support Services (USS) is dedicated to providing the university community with the most up-to-date computer support. USS has adopted similar product life-cycle guidelines that software manufacturers such as Microsoft and Adobe have developed. This policy determines the amount of time that software support is available for a product to ensure that assistance is available for newer software versions as well as older versions. It also provides end users with up front notification of when support will end for the particular version of the software they are using.
