Standard Orders - Prepare a Telecommunications Service Requisition (TSR) describing the location of the installation and the type of equipment required.
Large Orders - Meetings involving Telecommunications
staff may be required depending on the job’s size.
Rush Orders - A premium charge of 25% of the total labor cost
applies if work is requested and begun within three business
days of confirmation of an order. However, this response
time may not always be possible. If priority is requested,
the customer should specify and write “RUSH” on the TSR.
A Customer Service Representative (CSR) will contact you
to confirm the details of the request and advise if the rush
can be accommodated.
The hourly labor rate is $72.10 per hour. Based on the services selected, other charges may be incurred for necessary materials and hardware.
