. The IT Support Center assigns a high priority to trouble tickets and usually resolves them within 24 business hours. If it becomes necessary to involve a vendor in the completion of repairs, the resolution time may be longer.
Information to Report:
- The nature and location of the trouble.
- The type of equipment experiencing the problem (telephone, PC, terminal, printer, etc.).
- The name and phone number of the contact person.
- An alternate contact should the primary person be unavailable, Central Server subscribers should have the "UMTE" number identifying their PC.
No costs are charged for this service.
