The Student Loan system is designed to provide the Student Loan offices with a system to efficiently store, accurately maintain, and rapidly retrieve all data pertaining to the Student Loan Management functions. The system will be used in the Student Loan offices of the main campus, the Law School, and the Medical School.
- Faculty & Staff: Access is restricted to the Student Loan Office.

Access is requested through the IDMS Access Form
, which requires supervisor approval and is based on job requirements. Depending on the selection, the form will redirect to Ariba. Forms not using Ariba can be scanned and emailed directly to the data custodian indicated on the form.
