IBM Mainframe Maintenance

October 19, 2011 — Coral Gables —

On Sunday 10/23/11 from 7:00 a.m. through 9:30 a.m. we will be performing maintenance on the IBM mainframe (MVSPROD and MVSTEST). During this timeframe PIDMS and several critical services will not be available, including:

MyUM – Our UM self-service environment for faculty, staff, students, and the community
RDS – Report Distribution System
PIDMS – All legacy “Green Screen” systems
BPrep – Budget Preparation
UMApps – All Administrative web front ends to our central systems such as DHRS
DMAS – The Departmental Management and Accounting System providing access to financial related detail and summary information
Data Warehouse – Online reporting system

This work will not disrupt wired or wireless internet connectivity, email or telephony.
