During the holiday season, Information Technology services will be available December 24-26th, and December 31st-January 1st. During this time, all critical services will be available, including:
Email: Gables (UMail) and Medical central email services
Web: Gables and Medical central web services
MyUM: Our UM self-service environment for faculty, staff, students, and the community
RDS: Report Distribution System
PIDMS: All legacy “Green Screen” systems
BPrep: Budget Preparation
UMApps: All Administrative web front ends to our central systems such as DHRS
DMAS: The Departmental Management and Accounting System providing access to financial related detail and summary information
Data Warehouse: Online reporting system
If you experience a service interruption during the holiday, such as files shares, email, the Internet, etc., please contact the IT Support Center at (305) 284-6565 (Gables) and (305) 243-5999 (Medical).
