Office 365 Reconciliation Service Disruption

Office 365 reconciliation services were off line starting this morning, 7/2, at 7:00 a.m.

Earlier today UMIT Support Staff discovered that Office 365 account reconciliation services were not working. This meant new Office 365 accounts were not showing up in the cloud. After troubleshooting, it was discovered that one of the reconciliation servers was having an issue. The server was rebooted and UMIT expects synchronizations to complete by 5:00 p.m today.
