Office 365 Outlook Email Client Connectivity Issue Resolved

On Monday, August 26, 2013 at approximately 10:50 am, Microsoft engineers identified an issue where some users served from the Americas may have been unable to access Exchange Online through Outlook. Microsoft engineers have determined that the issue was caused by a load balancing problem and have rebalanced the load on the affected servers which mitigated impact. The issue was successfully fixed on Monday, August 26, 2013 at 12:30 pm.
