Due to encumbrance reversals and carry forward, the Departmental Human Resources System (DHRS), Financial Records System (FRS), Accounts Payable, and Purchasing systems will be unavailable starting on Thursday, June 20th at 5 p.m. through Friday, June 21st at 8 a.m.
