The Instructional Advancement Center’s mission is to support, and recognize the instructional activities of the faculty in order to enhance teaching and learning at the University of Miami.

The Instructional Advancement Center carries out its mission by increasing instructors’ awareness and providing a range of instructional techniques and provide them with opportunities to learn the techniques that they wish to incorporate into their teaching.

Blackboard Administration

Responsible for all aspects of the Blackboard course management system.

Classroom Technology Administration

Handles the technology available in the general purpose classrooms in Memorial, the Learning Center, and the residential colleges.
