CIO Development Excellent people are referred to us who are seeking to be promoted in their company to the CIO role. Often these referrals come from companies and organizations involved in succession planning that need our skills to groom potential CIOs within their ranks. We educate them with regard to the most current thinking and observations that we find while working with our clients. We help potential CIOs construct discussion strategies and tactics with their peers and CEO.
