As a continuation of the Key Messages in Communications Tool Kit #1 (which was made available in June 2014), this second Tool Kit provides an overview of some of the system changes you can expect when Workday HR launches in January 2015.

Workday, the University’s new system for HR, Payroll, and Finance, will replace the business functions currently performed in the University’s existing administrative systems, such as Departmental Human Resources System (DHRS), myUM, Kronos, ADP, and other systems. Over the course of the next two years, Workday will streamline business processes into a single, unified, state-of-the-art cloud-based system. 

Workday Understanding Ad Campaign
The ads in this series draw a comparison between the University’s current systems (old) and the processes that will be transitioned to Workday (new). Workday will also introduce “new” features such as the ability to view vacation balances! You are encouraged to print and post these materials in your offices, buildings, break rooms, bulletin boards, etc. or distribute them electronically.
