The Workplace Quality & Equality Newsletter was designed to address questions asked by University of Miami employees regarding workplace equality and quality of life. The Newsletter is published on a biannual basis and is distributed electronically. The topics are related to diversity, affirmative action, employment equity, training, and services Workplace Equity and Performance offers for faculty, and staff at the University.

The content is intended to provide general information only. It is not intended to provide complete answers to questions of law or of University policies. For answers to specific questions or problems, please consult the appropriate individual(s) within the Department of Human Resources or Workplace Equity and Performance.
