Students may elect to earn up to 19 University of Miami credits. UPrague’s specially designed courses for students are taught by English-speaking Czech faculty. Students are required to take at least three required courses. An additional required course may be added, so applicants should check the program website for revisions and additions.

Electives—of which students may choose up to four—offer a wide range of options in several academic disciplines including Economics, Film, Art, Architecture, Literature, and Jewish History, each with a Czech focus within the broader European context. Students sufficiently fluent in a European language may opt to take their elective coursework through Charles University’s language department.
