Legislative Branch
The Legislative Branch of Student Government comprises of Senate and its four committees: University Affairs, Academic Affairs, Policy & Finance, and Public Relations.
The Senate is led by the Speaker of the Senate, as well as the Speaker Pro-Tempore.
Senate elections are held twice-annually, once in the Fall and once in the Spring. Each seat lasts for a 1 year term, with half of the Senate seats elected during the Fall, and the other half during the Spring elections.
