Entourage
If you currently use a version of Entourage older than 2008 or Entourage 2008 in WebDAV mode, you will need to upgrade to Entourage 2008 Web Services Edition (EWS) or Outlook 2011. To determine what Entourage mode you are in, click on this
link for instructions.
To download Entourage 2008 or Office 2011,
click on this link:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “Click here to download” link
- Sign in using your CaneID
- For Entourage 2008 select Office 2008 Mac
- For Outlook 2011 select Office 2011 Mac
To download Entourage 2008 Web Services Edition (EWS), click on this
link:
- You will be taken to the Microsoft website
- Click on download
- Save the file and follow the installation instructions

Having issues with your iOS mobile device (e.g., iPhone, iPad, iPod)?
Try
upgrading your iOS firmware (iOS 4.2 or higher) or
deleting and recreating your activesync profile using the server name
"umail.miami.edu" if you received notification that your mailbox has already been moved to Exchange 2010.
Having issues with your non-iOS mobile device (e.g., Windows Mobile, Android)?
Android: Try updating your firmware to the latest version. You will need to visit your service provider's website for available versions and upgrade instructions.
Windows Mobile: Try updating your firmware to the latest version. You will need to download and install the latest Zune software
