Programming

      When you first press PROGRAM to enter programming mode, you will see this screen. This is the first programming selection. You can use your volume control key to scroll forwards or backwards through the selections available. To make a selection, dial the number shown on the screen. Then make changes and press PROGRAM a second time to save them. Note: After any programming procedure, press PROGRAM again to exit and save the new setting.
 
 
Volume Adjustment

      Press PROGRAM and dial 00. Next choose a setting to adjust:
  • 1 = Ringer Volume
  • 2 = Buzzer Volume
  • 3 = Speaker Volume
  • 4 = Handset Volume
  • 5 = Handsfree Volume

Use the Volume key to adjust the volume for the setting you have chosen. Press PROGRAM to save and exit.
 

 
Predial Recall

      Press PROGRAM and dial 01. The most recently predialed number appears. Press PROGRAM to exit. You can then edit the number using the volume control key or dial it by pressing a free extension key.
 
 
Contrast Adjustment

      Press PROGRAM and dial 02. Use the volume control key to increase or decrease contrast Press PROGRAM to save and exit.
 
 
Call Timer Enable

      Press PROGRAM and dial 03. Press either side of the voume control key to change the Call Timer setting. Press PROGRAM to save and exit.
 
 
Idle Screen Format

      Press PROGRAM and dial 04. Tap the volume control key to scroll through the eight possible selections of idle screens. When you find the selection you want, press PROGRAM to save and exit.
 
 
Language Selection

      Press PROGRAM and dial 05. Tap the volume control key to scroll through the selections available. Enter the number for the language you want and press PROGRAM to save and exit.
 
 
Key Click

      Press PROGRAM and dial 09. Press either side of the volume control key to turn the Key Click on or off. Press PROGRAM to save and exit.
