Voice Services
The Department of Telecommunications provides a wide array of voice communication services to fulfill the needs of faculty, staff and departments at the University of Miami.
These services include:

Provisioning telephone service to all UM campuses and remote sites.

Providing digital phones, voicemail, call center functionality, and audioconferencing to faculty and staff.

Managing installations, moves, additions and changes of phone lines and related equipment.

Directing telecommunications wiring projects.

Assisting with the planning and implementation of departmental telephony solutions.

Troubleshooting telephone and voice-related issues.

Helping with billing questions and providing reports.
