The Office of Technical Operations is committed to excellent customer service and the efficient management of technological resources."Techops" is continuously looking for ways to improve quality in the following areas:

  • Exceed customer expectations
  • Respond to all trouble tickets with 48 hours or less
  • Analyze daily operations and recommend technologies than can streamline administrative processes while maintaining a favorable cost-benefit ratio
  • Continuously learn new technologies, applications, hardware, that can benefit the Division of Enrollment Management
  • Develop one-on-one connections with each of our customers to better understand their needs.
