INFO FOR:

Fall 2012 Costs

Tuition costs are standard UM tuition and if you have financial aid, it applies.  The program fee for the semester ($6,650) is comparable to UM room, board and semester living costs; it covers housing in the Galápagos Islands, all meals, national flights within Ecuador (round-trip airfare between Quito and the Galápagos), hotels, airport/ferry transfers, excursion costs and the study abroad application fee.

Other direct costs to you are: International airfare, $550 (estimated round trip, Miami/Quito); Visa, free; Galápagos National Park Fee, waived; Residency control card $10; Country Exit Fee, $40.

Limited financial aid to help defray the program fee is available to all qualified applicants.
