Vincent Signorello is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Florida East Coast Industries (FECI), Florida’s oldest and largest commercial real estate, transportation and infrastructure company, where he oversees all operations and subsidiary companies.
Since joining in 2009, Signorello has led the strategic development and realignment of FECI’s assets into its current structure, inclusive of: All Aboard Florida, a $2.5 billion transportation and commercial real estate investment, which also represents the United States’ first privately owned and operated intercity passenger rail system connecting Miami and Orlando; Flagler Global Logistics, the largest industrial developer in Florida and an integrated logistics company focused on the transportation, treatment and handling of perishable products; Parallel Infrastructure, a national leader in third-party right-of-way investments, including telecommunication systems and natural resource pipelines; and Flagler, a full-service real estate company focused on the commercial office sector.
Signorello joined FECI from Fortress Investment Group, where he was a key member of the private equity team primarily involved in managing Fortress’ investment in FECI. Previously, Signorello served in Barclays Capital's New York City-based global commercial real estate group and Lehman Brothers' real estate investment banking and finance units. He also served four years as an officer in the United States Army.
Signorello earned an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from Boston University and a B.S. from Boston College. He lives in South Miami with his wife and two children.
