Welcome to the University of Miami! We are excited to have you join our team. This new employee site is designed to provide you with the information you need to get started at the University.
Orientation is your guide to your first 30 days at UM. It is designed in a blended format, combining online, computer-based learning modules (CBLs) with live, instructor-led (ILT) sessions. You can register for Orientation in ULearn. New employees are required to complete the CBL modules prior to attending the ILT session(s).

To ensure that you are not subjected to restricted or reduced benefits for the remainder of the calendar year, you must attend New Employee Orientation and return your completed benefit enrollment forms to the Benefits office within the first 30 days of employment.
