Learning at UM

UM is a higher education learning organization, with many learning opportunities. UM has a department of Continuous Education and employees can use their tuition remission benefits to enroll for their education at the University of Miami. In addition to the tuition remission benefits, UM offers employees Professional Development competency- based programs. Competency-based programs help develop critical skills our employees and leaders need to be successful in the workplace, increase their productivity and effectiveness in the department, and prepare them for their future career aspirations.
