A pre-health file is required for all students on the pre-health track. First-year students are required to attend one Pre-Health 101 Session where we distribute the paperwork required to open a pre-health file and guide you on your path toward building a competitive portfolio. The paperwork needs to be completed and returned to our office along with a color photograph. Sophomores and transfer students may visit our office to request the paperwork.

Once your file has been created, you may begin requesting letters of evaluation, and submitting shadowing, volunteer, and research forms.

Sophomores are required to attend one Pre-Health 201 Session. Juniors, transfer students, and others planning on applying to health professional schools for the upcoming cycle are required to attend one Pre-Health 301 Session to learn the ins and outs of the application process.

We currently are working on scheduling the Pre-Health Sessions for fall 2014. We expect to have the details of these events posted on our website and in our office by September 12. Please keep checking our website.
