The Pre-Health Post-Baccalaureate program at the University of Miami is specifically designed for career changers, not for pre-health course enhancement. Students applying to the post-baccalaureate program cannot be currently enrolled in any graduate program, must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, possess an undergraduate degree from an accredited four year college, and must have earned a 3.5 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) in the last four semesters of academic work (undergraduate or graduate). Only grades posted as of the date the application is submitted will be considered. Students who apply for the program while enrolled in courses may not wait until the end of term to request GPA recalculation.

Acceptance for 2014 is complete.  The next application deadline will be March 13, 2015 for students interested in beginning the program in either summer session I 2015 or fall 2015.  Admittance for spring term is not available at this time.
