Request for Student Employees/Posting of Job Announcement – You may request Student Employees or request your job announcement to be posted by completing the respective form:
Electronic Direct Deposit via myUM – Used by all UM employees to request direct deposit to new accounts, changes to deposit amounts, bank accounts and routing numbers. To
apply for direct
deposit, log on to myUM at http://myum.miami.edu and
follow these instructions:
1.
Click on the Employee tab
2.
Select Payroll,
HR & Misc
3.
Click on Direct Deposit listed under the Employee
Information section.
Complete the information requested on the “Printed Forms Requisition”.
3.
Be sure to select "331280 Student Employment Assignment (SEAF-PART 1)" form and indicate quantity needed.
Forms will be delivered by the next business day.
W4 form– Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate-used by employees to determine the amount of federal income tax to be withheld from their paycheck
