| The Office of Student Account Services is responsible for billing charges to the students. |

| Viewing the Bill |
| Students can view their billing statement online via their myUM account. It is located under the “Student” “Financial” and “Billing and Online Payment” tabs. This section will allow you to view your current charges, credits, and any balance you may owe. It also shows students if they are eligible to receive a refund for overpayment and when that refund is ready to be released. |

| Payment Methods |
| Students or Parents can make an online payment through the myUM system via credit card or web checking. More information about how to make payments can be found under the Cashier Services section of the Student Account webpage. |
