The University of Miami is preparing for our reaffirmation of accreditation by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. The reaffirmation process is a three-year process that began in December 2015 and will end in December 2018. It includes an institutional audit of compliance, review by an off-site committee of peer reviewers and a campus visiting committee of peer reviewers. The University is also required to develop a Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) to improve student learning.
