June 24, 2011 — Coral Gables — This course is designed to give you the necessary knowledge and tools to work effectively in a team environment. You will identify the elements of a high-performing team and learn to stimulate innovative thinking and collaboration when working on group projects. In addition, you will learn to delegate tasks effectively within your team and evaluate yourself in a team environment. Note: This is a Series I core course for Emerging Leaders.
