January 10, 2012 — Coral Gables — Are you interested in learning more about your positive health habits? Do you want to develop strategies to help address those less-than-helpful habits? Now is your chance. Beginning in January, employees on the UM/Aetna medical plan will have two opportunities to receive up to $150 in medical premium credits through Aetna’s annual incentive programs. The first is Aetna’s Simple Steps Online Health Assessment. You can complete this assessment by visiting www.aetna.com from January through March. Employees who complete the assessment will receive a $50 medical premium credit. The second program is the “Know Your Numbers” screening, which will assess cholesterol, triglyceride and glucose levels, blood pressure, and waist circumference.
