January 06, 2011 — The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) is offering a lunchtime seminar for those interested in exploring the pursuit of happiness. Although elusive for many these days, happiness continues to be a very sought-after experience. Our struggles to attain it lead many down treacherous paths, only to realize, late in the game, that we are lost and in need of a new compass. This seminar will provide opportunity for an open discussion about happiness. It will also provide one model “compass” that can be used to help those seeking this experience. A University of Miami FSAP employee assistance professional will facilitate the seminar.
