December 10, 2010 — Coral Gables — Faculty and staff enrolled in a 2011 Aetna medical plan will receive new medical ID cards at their home address in early January. Current (2010) Flexible Spending Account participants should keep their WageWorks debit cards. New cards will only be mailed to new participants or to those who have expired cards. Also remember, dependent care FSA participants must spend the money in their account by December 31, 2010.
Keep in mind that payroll deductions for 2011 benefits plans, including medical, dental, and health and dependent care FSA accounts, begin in January 2011. If you have any questions, e-mail a benefits expert at http://www.miami.edu/benefits/ask.
