Customer Service for the Professional

Coral Gables (February 27, 2012) — This course is designed for those providing and promoting superior customer services. It will provide you with an opportunity to align your customer service skills and techniques with best practices as well as examine how to improve these skills within your current role.

Note: The prerequisite CBL (online module) with the same title must be completed prior to registering for the live session.
