Customer Service for the Professional

Coral Gables (February 04, 2011) — This course is designed for those providing and promoting superior customer service. It will provide an opportunity to align your customer service skills and techniques with best practices as well as examine how to improve these skills within your current role. Note: This is a Series III Core Course for Emerging Leaders.
