Miami Commitment Application - Part 3: Recommendation Letter and Resume
In order for your application to be considered, please submit a recommendation letter and a copy of your must recent resume.
For the resume: Please submit a one-page resume that highlights your skills and experiences. If you do not have any formal work experience, you can include school activies and/or volunteer work. Resumes can be mailed to the address below or emalied to The Miami Commitment Program at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For the recommendation letter: Please ask someone who is familiar with your skills and work habits (other than your parents and friends) to submit a recommendation letter on your behalf. This could be a teacher, an employer, an activities advisor, a guidance counselor, etc.
Your recommendation must include the following information:
*Applicant's Full Name
*Reviewer's Name and Title
Please do not submit unsigned recommendation letters.

PLEASE NOTE: In order for you application to be considered, we must receive all three sections (Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3) of the application postmarked by June 1, 2016 and you must be an incoming freshmen student who has paid the enrollment deposit and who is a recipient of a University of Miami merit/academic scholarship. We are unable to accept email or fax copies of applications or recommendation letters.
