To hire a Miami Commitment Student, please complete the Student Employee Request Form and indicate that the position is a Miami Commitment job. Be sure to fill out the Skills Section (using the Skills Code Dictionary for reference) to ensure the best possible student match for your job.
Once we your job request, the Miami Commitment staff will conduct a match to determine the best student employee referral for your request. The candidate will be asked to contact you to arrange a job interview.
Once you identify the most qualified student employee, proceed with the appropriate payroll steps to hire a student employee at the University of Miami. Off-campus employers should follow the procedures for hiring part-time employees at their company. Contact the Miami Commitment office for additional payroll information and payroll arrangements.
