uSurvey is built from SPSS Data Collection, a secure online survey software from IBM. The product is available free of charge to faculty, students and staff at the University of Miami. It allows you to design your survey completely online from any computer having an internet connection and Internet Explorer installed. uSurvey allows you to use a multitude of different question types including: Single Response, Multiple Response, Numeric, Text, and Response Grids. Advanced capabilities such as scripting and routing are also available. In addition, because uSurvey renders surveys online using XHTML, the look of the presented survey is highly customizable.
